E. Paul Dickinson

E. Paul has applied the latest knowledge in high-performance driving instruction to practical situations for more than thirty years. For ten years, he was the owner/chief instructor of a 40 acre SCCA Approved driver training center that also provided accredited law enforcement driver training programs.

E. Paul is a Six Time SCCA National Solo Champion, past member of Porsche's Endurance Racing Team and also holds FIA, Grand-Am, ALMS, Historic and SCCA Professional Competition Licenses, is Chief Instructor for Historic SportsCar Racing (HSR), and conducts The Vintage Motorsports Council's Instructor Certification Program. He is a federal and multi-state certified Law Enforcement Driving Instructor. He holds Instructor Certificates with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (GLYNCO) and is a past Board Member and Certified Instructor of the Association of Professional Law Enforcement Vehicle Response Trainers (ALERT).

His commitment to excellence is the foundation of a successful consulting practice serving law enforcement agencies, corporate organizations, motorsports professionals and individuals throughout North America.

A. J. "Punch" Murphy

A. J. Murphy, known to his clients and colleagues as "Punch", has applied the latest knowledge in management and the behavioral sciences to practical business situations for over 30 years.

With his specialty in implementing strategic change, he has consulted with organizations including Mellon Bank, Highmark, CIGNA, Butler Health System, ALCOA, Federal Express and NexTier Bank.

Punch works hand in hand with all of our staff members to closely incorporate effective business training with unforgettable racing experiences. His role in E. Paul, Inc.'s Driving Adventures™ group is to tailor driving adventures to special client requirement, develop custom program proposals and provide classroom instruction.

Punch also serves as an adjunct faculty member in Duquesne University’s MBA Program and the Center for Executive Development.

Punch and Ken Matejka (professor, Duquesne University) co-authored a book titled, Making Change Happen: On Time, On Target, On Budget.

Rob Pecori

Rob Pecori is an attorney as well as a motorsports professional. His unique background makes him a natural for managing E. Paul Inc.'s Driving Adventures™.

Rob has the ability to understand your business goals and will work directly with our program development manager and your legal counsel to assure risk management issues are satisfactorily addressed. A lifelong motorsports enthusiast, Rob races with the Porsche Club of America and the National Auto Sport Association and is a Vintage Motorsports Council Certified Driving Instructor.

Kent Rafferty

Kent is National Champion with the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), who additionally has numerous awards in time trials, hill climbs and drag racing.

Kent is a Licensed SCCA Safety Steward and an accomplished autocross and road-course driving instructor. He has been an instructor with the Goodyear Ride & Drive Tours for three years.
