necessary to be an effective professional emergency vehicle driver. Multiple delivery methods for each competency-based development module stress judgment and department policy. Training modules include: Workshops to develop the intellectual understanding of concepts and experiential training to build skills through highly memorable activities.

These "Need to Know" competency-based programs are short duration, high intensity, courses open to any licensed driver who is a sworn member of a bona fide law enforcement or emergency vehicle agency. Students of the criminal justice departments of Colleges and Universities are considered upon interview.

Our programs are customizable and are presented in half-day, one, two or three-day programs
